Discover your dunamis

I believe in Dunamis

The innate power, potential, and ability that lives within every one of us. Bodybuilding taught me that the strength to transform, to rise above limits, and to chase your goals relentlessly comes from finding your iron stance — unwavering and forged from within.

This sport shaped my character.
It taught me discipline when I was exhausted, resilience when quitting felt easier, and courage when doubt crept in. Through bodybuilding, I found confidence, passion, and self-respect. That transformation went far beyond the gym — it changed how I showed up at school, at work, in relationships, and through the challenges no one sees.

I see bodybuilding as art — a canvas sculpted with discipline, sweat, and intention.
But a masterpiece isn’t complete unless it’s presented with clarity and presence.
That’s where posing comes in.
You’ve earned your transformation — don’t shortchange yourself in how you reveal it to the world.

Built in the Gray

True growth doesn’t happen under the spotlight — it happens in the quiet.
In the routine.
The doubt.
The early mornings and late nights.

I call this space The Gray — where discipline becomes identity and character is forged long before show day. My coaching helps athletes embrace that space and build the confidence and mastery needed to own the stage.

My journey led me to the stage, where I earned my WNBF Pro Card and was recognized with Best Poser honors — proof that how you present yourself can set you apart. More importantly, it showed me that my purpose is helping others unlock that same ability within themselves.

I created Swolebert to educate, inspire, and make people laugh — to show that you can chase big goals, push through hard days, and enjoy the process without losing yourself in it. You can be disciplined and still have fun. You can pursue greatness while staying authentically you.

My mission is to help others recognize their own Dunamis — their inner strength — and show them they are capable of becoming undeniable, whether on stage, in the gym, or in life.

You already have the potential — now let’s show it.
