By booking a session with Swolebert / Iron Stance, you agree to the following terms. All sessions must be booked through our scheduling system, and payment is required at the time of booking. Packages automatically apply to valid sessions.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be refunded. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only at the discretion of the coach.

During sessions, clients are expected to follow instructions and act respectfully. Swolebert / Iron Stance reserves the right to terminate a session if safety or conduct is compromised. While posing coaching involves minimal physical activity, clients assume all risk, and Swolebert / Iron Stance is not responsible for any injury, loss, or dissatisfaction.

With explicit permission, client photos, videos, or testimonials may be used for marketing purposes. All routines, instructions, and coaching materials remain the intellectual property of Swolebert / Iron Stance and cannot be shared or reproduced without permission.
